NAME
strcat, strncat - concatenate two strings

       STR$PREFIX - Prefix a string

EXPLAINATION
It is possible to prefix a string in Digital UNIX by using the strcat
or strncat routines to concatenate the string to the prefix.	It is
also possible to use the sprintf function to print the two strings into
a buffer. The buffer or the first string must be at least as large as
the two strings and a nul terminating character.
