NAME
strrchar - find a character from the right of the string

STR$TRIM - Trim trailing blanks and tabs

EXPLAINATION
It is possible to emulate the OpenVMS STR$TRIM routine by calling str‐
rchr on the string to trim and setting the character pointed to by the
return value to be a nul terminating character (' '). Do this until
       the strrchr function returns NULL.
