NAME
getrlimit - get process resource consumption

getuid - get the process user ID

getgid - get the process group ID

       SYS$GETJPI - Get job/process information

EXPLAINATION
The Digital UNIX getrlimit, getuid, and getgid system calls provide
similar functionality as the OpenVMS SYS$GETJPI	system	service. The
getrlimit system call returns a requested resource. Resources avail‐
able include the maximum size of a core file (RLIMIT_CORE), the maximum
amount of CPU usage (RLIMIT_CPU), the maximum file size (RLIMIT_FSIZE),
and other system related information. The getuid and	getgid	system
calls return the current user or group ID. These are synchronous sys‐
       tem calls.
