NAME
       setclock - set value of system wide clock

       settimeofday - set the system clock

       SYS$SETIME - Set system time

EXPLAINATION
       The Digital UNIX setclock function is similar to the OpenVMS SYS$SETIME
       system service.	The setclock function will set the system wide TIMEOF‐
       DAY clock to an absolute time.
