SYNOPSIS

ARGUMENTS
       vend
	   the 16 bit USB Vendor ID

       prod
	   the 16 bit USB Product ID

       cl
	   bInterfaceClass value

DESCRIPTION
       This macro is used to create a struct usb_device_id that matches a
       specific interface class of devices.
