PARAMETERS
Refers to the open file descriptor for the directory that the default
access ACL is to be deleted from.
DESCRIPTION
NOTE: This function is based on Draft 13 of the POSIX P1003.6 stan‐
dard.
The acl_delete_def_fd() function deletes the default access ACL from
the directory designated by fd.
RETURN VALUES
Upon successful completion, the acl_delete_def_fd() function returns a
value of 0 (zero). Otherwise, a value of -1 is returned and errno is
set to indicate the error.
ERRORS
If any of the following conditions occur, the acl_delete_def_fd() func‐
tion sets errno to the corresponding value:
The parameter fd is not a valid file descriptor open for writing. The
object referenced by fd is not a directory. The object referenced by
fd does not reside on a file system that supports ACLs. The user does
not have the required access to the directory to remove the default
ACL. The object referred to by fd resides on a read-only file system.
