       cxGetFile - Returns the file specified in the path.

SYNOPSIS

       CxFile *cxGetFile(CxDirectory *base, const char *path);

PARAMETERS
       base   The base directory.

       path   The path.

DESCRIPTION
       Returns the file specified in the path.

RETURNS
       Nothing.
