SYNOPSISgit-ss [<options...>] [--] [<pathspec>...]
DESCRIPTION
The git-ss utility is merely a shorthand for “git status --short” to
report a short summary of the status of a Git repository. It passes all
command-line arguments to git-status(1).

See git-status(1).

EXAMPLES
Show a status summary for the current Git repository:
git ss
Filter only the C source files from the summary of the src/ subdirectory:
git ss src | egrep -e '.c$'
