DESCRIPTION
This function initializes many of the data structures used internally
by the library as well as initialized 3rd party libraries like libcurl.
RETURNSgutenfetch_init() returns GUTENFETCH_OK on success. On failure, you
may figure out what caused the error by using the guten‐
fetch_error_to_string() function.
