NAME
       ipsec__realsetup - internal routine to start Openswan.

DESCRIPTION
       _realsetup is called by the system init scripts to start the Openswan
       system. It starts the appropriate kernel stack, such as KLIPS or NETKEY
       and pluto (the userspace keying component).
