       case_lowers - compare strings case-insensitively

SYNTAX
       #include <case.h>

       void case_lowers(char* s);

DESCRIPTION
       case_lowers  converts  each 'A' to 'a', 'B' to 'b', ..., 'Z' to 'z' for
       each character in s until the first \0.
