       -R /usr/xpg4/lib -lcurses [ library... ]

       extern WINDOW *stdscr;

DESCRIPTION
       The external variable stdscr specifies the default window used by func‐
       tions that to not specify a window using an argument of type WINDOW  *.
       Other windows may be created using newwin().
