NAME
       valloc - aligned memory allocator

ABSTRACT
       The valloc() function allocates at least size_t bytes that is aligned
       on a page boundry (this is determined on the value returned by a call
       to getpagesize()).

BSD COMPATIBILITY
       The Digital UNIX system provides the libbsd.a library to allow you to
       use library functions that are compatible with ULTRIX BSD library func‐
       tions. To use the BSD functions, your program needs to be compiled with
       -D_BSD and the -lbsd options.

       The BSD version of valloc() returns a pointer to a char rather than a
       void (as specified in libc.a).
