NAME
       INIT_COMPLETION - reinitialize a completion structure

       INIT_COMPLETION(x);

	   completion structure to be reinitialized

DESCRIPTION
       This macro should be used to reinitialize a completion structure so it
       can be reused. This is especially important after complete_all is used.
