encap_check_prereqs - check prerequisites for an Encap package

VERSION
This man page documents version 2.3 of libencap.
DESCRIPTION
The encap_check_prereqs() function checks the prerequisites for the
Encap package associated with encap.
RETURN VALUES
The encap_check_prereqs() function returns 0 on success, 1 if the pack‐
age's prerequisites were not satisfied, or -1 on error (and sets
errno).
