NAME
       ght_remove -  remove an entry from the hash table.

SYNOPSIS
       #include <ght_hash_table.h>

       void  *ght_remove(ght_hash_table_t *p_ht, unsigned int i_key_size, void
       *p_key_data);

DESCRIPTION
       remove an entry from the hash table.

       p_ht is a pointer to the hash table to get from, i_key_size is the size
       of the key passed, and p_key_data is a pointer to the key data.

RETURN VALUE
       Returns a pointer to the stored data item or NULL if the item could not
       be found. The entry is removed from the hash table on success.
