ARGUMENTS
gnutls_protocol_t version
is a (gnutls) version number
DESCRIPTION
Convert a gnutls_protocol_t value to a string.
RETURNS
a string that contains the name of the specified TLS version (e.g.,
"TLS1.0"), or NULL.
