SYNOPSIS

int putws(wchar_t *str);
PARAMETERS
Pointer to buffer containing the wide-character string to be output,
terminated with a wchar_t null character
DESCRIPTION
The putws() function converts a wide-character string pointed to by
parameter str to a multi-byte character string and writes it to the
standard output stream. Neither a newline character or a terminating
null character is written to standard output.
SCL IMPLEMENTATION NOTES
This function is implemented as a C preprocessor macro, and maps to
standard function fputws(3). Refer to the man page for additional
information on using this function.
RETURN VALUES
The number of characters written to the standard output stream is
returned if successful, otherwise -1 is returned.
